International Tax Manager
We are partnering with a leading national CPA and advisory firm seeking an International Tax Manager to join its growing international tax practice. This is an opportunity to work with a diverse client base on complex cross-border tax matters while collaborating with experienced tax professionals across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise U.S. and multinational clients on international tax compliance, planning, and structuring.
- Review international tax filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, and related disclosures.
- Provide guidance on GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, foreign tax credits, and other international tax provisions.
- Assist with inbound and outbound tax planning, cross-border transactions, and entity structuring.
- Research complex international tax issues and provide recommendations to clients.
- Manage client engagements and mentor junior tax professionals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax experience, including significant international tax exposure.
- Experience within public accounting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax compliance and planning.
- CPA, JD, or Master's in Taxation preferred.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing client relationships.
