Job Summary/Basic Functions
Under minimal supervision, incumbent performs highly specialized administrative/regulatory functions within the International Services Office at LSUHSC/NO. Incumbent must interact with foreign students, scholars, residents/fellows, faculty and staff. Work to be performed in an academic environment with continual expectancy of accountability, accuracy and compliance with state legislation and institutional policy. Individual characteristics necessary to be successful in the job are: detailed oriented, self-initiative, confidentiality, reliable and dependable attendance habits and above average interpersonal communication skills.
