The Opportunity
As an International Product Manager (IPM) within the PHCS Lifecycle Team, you are the primary driver of our mission. You sit at the critical intersection of diagnostics and therapeutics, transforming complex technology into clinical reality.
Your primary responsibility is to drive the global commercialization of our Companion Diagnostics (CDx) portfolio related to Tissue Diagnostics in direct partnership with pharmaceutical customers. Beyond the core product management of the Tissue Diagnostic portfolio, you will act as a strategic leader, driving initiatives that grow the PHCS organization and innovative pipeline, and support the broader Roche Diagnostics network.

Candidates should exhibit a strong track record in product commercialization, strategic design, and execution alongside exceptional communication skills. You should demonstrate strong technical understanding of integrated diagnostic technologies and proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
Experience
Commercial & Strategic Acumen
A track record of consistently driving commercial delivery, in addition to designing senior-level strategic initiatives across global organizations.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a complex global matrix environment.
Customer and Partner Management
Proven ability to manage high-stakes partnerships & customer relationships.
Location
This position is based in Tucson, AZ. Regular work in the office is required, and travel up to 30% of the time (national and international) may be required. Relocation benefits are available for this job posting.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ is $117,000 - $250,900. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
