    Manage end-to-end order oversight in close collaboration with multiple back-office teams to ensure customer satisfaction, proactively track and coordinate parts deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure materials arrive on site on time to support both scheduled and forced outage activities.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Manage customer parts orders from inquiry through delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time execution.
    • Support Large Gas Turbine customers by coordinating outage parts planning, order fulfillment, and contractual requirements.
    • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including quotations, order management, logistics coordination, and repair service activities through SAP.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to support procurement, international logistics, modifications, upgrades, and repair projects.
    • Help mitigate commercial and logistics risks by ensuring compliance with import/export requirements, Incoterms, and other international trade regulations.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree.
    • Up to 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, project coordination, customer support, sales operations, or a related field.
    • Understanding of domestic and international logistics, import/export regulations, and supply chain processes is preferred.
    • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office; familiarity with automation and analytics tools such as SharePoint, Alteryx, Mendix, UiPath, or similar platforms is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving continuous improvement.
    • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
