Marketing Contractor

Open to candidates located near Riverwoods, IL 60015, or the Chicago, IL 60601 office location

Required Education • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications

  • 2- 5 years of experience in B2B, international, regional, partner, channel, or field marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities.
  • Professional Spanish reading and writing proficiency is required.
  • Experience working with internal teams and external business partners.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Mexico, Latin America, or other international markets.
  • Experience working with a sales organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms.
  • Experience in payments, financial services, technology, fintech, or another B2B environment.

The International Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Contractor to support B2B marketing initiatives designed to drive acceptance, volume, and issuance growth across international and alliance card programs.

This role will support the International Acceptance Acceleration workstream by researching market opportunities, identifying acceptance gaps, communicating growth strategies, and supporting marketing initiatives across international markets.

The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with sales and business partners, and turn data into clear and compelling business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support international acceptance acceleration initiatives and related marketing programs.
  • Partner with international sales teams and external B2B marketing partners across Mexico, Latin America, and other international markets.
  • Research and identify existing market acceptance gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Support the development and communication of international growth strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including agendas, presentations, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Provide marketing and reporting support to the International Markets sales organization.
  • Help build and maintain the international acceptance footprint.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing materials, including signage, print materials, emails, campaigns, events, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Organize and interpret data related to client acceptance testing and market share.
  • Create data visualizations and translate analytical findings into compelling business stories.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal business partners and external organizations.
