    International Intern Placement Coordinator

    Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

    Job Type: Full-time

    Location: Torrance, CA

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

    Job description:

    International Intern Placement Coordinator will help international participants find internship opportunities with relevant employers.

    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building relationships, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively approach potential hiring companies and build relationships with various stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new host companies to hire international interns and trainees
    • Facilitate placement of international interns and trainees in positions related to their academic(or professional) fields
    • Communicate with hiring managers to schedule the video interview, follow up, and send out the offer letter to the international participants
    • Assist HR in coming up with the competitive job offer and description
    • Counsel, advise, and communicate with international interns and trainees for placement
    • Develop effective strategies to approach potential host companies in each industry
    • Assist in developing in marketing materials and plan

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in relationship management, with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • International experience or bilingual is a plus.

    Education & Experience:  

    • Bachelor's (Required)
    • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Experience participating in an international exchange program (JET Program, KPIK etc), studying abroad, or working overseas is highly preferred.
