International Customer Logistics Analyst

Serve as a central coordination point across Sales/GMG, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Transportation, Quality, Credit, and external partners to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely order fulfillment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Bi, TEAMS) with the ability to leverage tools for analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Job Title: International Customer Logistics Analyst
Location: Ewing, New Jersey
Type: Contract
Compensation: $24-$28 (based on experience)
Work Model: Remote – offsite
Hours:8 am to 4 pm - can be flexible within a couple of hours

Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end international order execution and service performance for assigned customers and regions.
• Serve as a central coordination point across Sales/GMG, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Transportation, Quality, Credit, and external partners to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.
• Utilize technology such as AI-CoPilot to assist with reporting and analytics.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of experience preferred in international logistics, customer service, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Intermediate/advanced analytical skills preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Bi, TEAMS) with the ability to leverage tools for analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• AI-CoPilot skills a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
• SAP/S4 Hana and ECC proficiency a plus
• Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
