    St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the brand new Same Day Access program at St Peters Internal Medicine in Troy, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly regarded, hospital-affiliated outpatient practice with strong patient demand and a collaborative team of providers. Ideal candidates will be patient-centered, possess excellent clinical and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

    Position Details:

    • Provide Same Day Access and acute care services in a busy outpatient Internal Medicine practice
    • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and minor injuries
    • Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, and clinical support staff
    • Deliver patient-centered care while supporting continuity within the primary care practice
    • Practice in a well-established, hospital-supported outpatient setting

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
    • Experience of 2 years as an advanced practitioner preferred
    • Current New York State license
    • DEA certification required

    Competitive Compensation: 

    St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

    • Starting compensation: $ $136,842
    • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
