    Position Summary

    The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient primary care team in the Renton area.

    This full-time, permanent role is fully outpatient, offering a stable schedule, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships. You will work closely with nurses, APPs, care managers, and integrated behavioral health partners.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients

    • Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease

    • Conduct preventive screenings, wellness exams, and follow-up care

    • Diagnose and treat acute conditions and coordinate specialty referrals

    • Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR

    • Participate in team-based care, quality improvement, and population health initiatives

    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

    Qualifications

    • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

    • Training: Completion of an Internal Medicine residency

    • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

    • Licensure: Eligible for Washington state medical license

    • Experience: All experience levels considered; new graduates welcome

    • Skills: Strong clinical judgment and patient communication
