HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level primary care role.

This position requires a clinically strong physician who can independently manage adult patient populations, deliver preventive care, and drive long-term health outcomes in a structured outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs
• Provide preventive care and long-term disease management
• Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Proven experience treating adult-only patient populations
• Strong clinical background in chronic disease management
• Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Stable and consistent professional history
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Experience in outpatient or clinic-based internal medicine
• Ability to manage patient volume efficiently while maintaining quality
• Preventive care and population health experience
• Experience working within multidisciplinary care teams

HireNow Package

• Salary: $210,000 – $250,000 base
• Location: Onsite in Phoenix (West Phoenix), AZ
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
