Tryon Medical Partners is a physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty group seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physicians to join our growing outpatient practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered medicine in a collaborative, team-based environment with strong clinical and administrative support. Athena EMR is utilized across all locations for efficient and streamlined workflows.
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Full-Time: 35 patient-facing hours per week (4 or 4.5-day workweek)
- Part-Time: Minimum of 18.75 patient-facing hours per week
- Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
- Average 18-20 patients per day following a 2-year ramp-up period
- Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Athena EMR
- Optional participation in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for or currently holding a North Carolina medical license
- Commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
