- Phone-only call coverage every 3rd week
- Manageable patient census of 15 - 16 patients per day
- Competitive base salary with 10% performance-based incentive bonus
- 401k with employer match up to 5% and 4 weeks of PTO
- Managed care experience required; Medicare Advantage background strongly preferred
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license required; DEA required
