We’re hiring an Internal Medicine Physician who wants competitive compensation, a manageable outpatient schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive adult medicine, preventive care, and chronic disease management. You’ll work alongside a collaborative clinical team while providing high-quality, patient-centered care with dedicated administrative time to support work-life balance.

• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• You hold an MD or DO degree and are licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $193,000–$293,000 annually, based on experience
• Medical insurance starting at $27.09 biweekly for employee-only HDHP coverage or $51.94 biweekly for PPO coverage
• Dental insurance starting at $7.39 biweekly for employee-only coverage
• Vision insurance at $2.34 biweekly for employee-only coverage
• Employer-paid life & AD&D insurance
• Employer-paid long-term disability insurance
• 15 vacation days initially, increasing to 20 days in year three

• 40 hours of CME annually
