Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a primary care center in Northwest Indiana less than 1 hour from Chicago.
Highlights:
Flexible full-time schedule
Schedule includes one evening per week until 7:00 p.m. and one Saturday per month
Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, varies by day, Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Average outpatient volume: 18 - 21 patients per day
