Bilingual Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician – Coastal Southern California (1 Hour from LAX)

Position Overview: Join a well-established and thriving multi-specialty group in Southern California as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to take over the patient base of a departing physician, providing outpatient care in a community where bilingual Spanish language skills are essential. With minimal phone call responsibilities and a flexible work schedule, this position offers an exceptional work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to a diverse patient population.
• Maintain fluency in both English and Spanish, as approximately 90% of patients are Spanish-speaking.
• Assume care of patients transitioning from a departing physician.
• Participate in on-call duties, averaging 2-3 times per month.
• Choose between a 4 or 5-day workweek based on your preference and availability.

Compensation and Benefits: This outstanding opportunity comes with a competitive financial package, including a lucrative income potential, with most providers earning $350,000 or more.
