Location Bel Air MD 21014 Practice Lead Dr. Spektor Hybrid Schedule Monday & Friday in-office Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday remote Position Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to cover same-day gaps virtual visits provider bins and hospital discharge follow-ups alongside Dr. Spektor. This role offers a high-quality-of-life hybrid schedule in-office MF remote TWTh in a supportive family-oriented practice. Scope of Practice Patient Population Adults aged 18 and up featuring a large Medicare population alongside commercial payers no Medicaid. Comprehensive Primary Care Broad spectrum including chronic disease management preventative health Annual Wellness Visits AWVs pre-ops and acute sick visits with optional womens health papsannuals and sub-specialty exposure to drug addiction and smoking cessation Suboxone clinic. Clinical Procedures Routine minor procedures available if desired skin tag removal suturestaple removal ear lavage minor wound care though primarily handled by the Lead Physician. Volume & Call Moderate volume of 15-20 patients per day no clinical call fully managed by Dr. Spektor. Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active unrestricted MD state license and DEA registration. 2 years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care no new graduates. Strong team player with a proactive no task is too small mentality high energy and a collaborative approach.
