What Youll Do
- Perform advanced electrophysiology procedures focusing on atrial fibrillation and ablations
- Manage outpatient clinic responsibilities, approximately 60-70% of your schedule
- Participate in procedural activities, approximately 30-40% of your time
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
- Document and update patient records in Epic (current within the last 12 months)
- Follow clinical protocols and safety procedures related to electrophysiology
What You Need
Required:- Active medical license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 2 years EP experience post-fellowship
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (current within 12 months)
- Strong procedural skills in atrial fibrillation ablations and electrophysiology interventions
Preferred:- Experience in outpatient clinic management
- Ability to commit to a longer-term assignment (minimum 6 months)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
