- Shift: Clinic 5 days/week (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), hospital rotation every 5-6 weeks
- Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
- Employment Type: Full-Time, locum tenens
- Licenses/Certifications: Active supervising license to oversee PAs; Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Cardiology
- Experience: Prior inpatient and outpatient cardiology experience preferred
Pay & Benefits- Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour

What You’ll Do- Provide inpatient care and rounds during hospital rotations
- Conduct outpatient cardiology clinics with follow-up care
- Perform and interpret diagnostic studies related to cardiology
- Communicate effectively with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage patient follow-ups and coordinate care across testing and imaging teams
- Supervise and support Physician Assistants as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and consultation services
What You Need- Valid, unrestricted medical license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Cardiology
- Supervision license to oversee Physician Assistants
- Minimum of 3+ years of cardiology experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
