THE TYPE OF INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Strong attention to detail, solid math, and data‑entry skills
  • Positive, flexible, team‑oriented mindset

Preferred qualifications include professional written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service abilities, a positive attitude, a team‑player mentality, and excellent attendance.


WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR

This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime available.


As our Internal Implementation Coordinator, you'll support daily operations by coordinating PPO network setups, tracking and communicating plan changes, managing contact updates and HIPAA rosters, preparing run‑out invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Your work will ensure information is correct, organized, and available to internal teams when needed.
