Technical Writer Intern - Job Overview: The Technical Writer is responsible for creating clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation that explains complex technical products and systems. This role has a direct impact across the organization, producing customer-facing materials that influence product understanding and user experience.
This position reports to Senior Product Management and works closely with engineering, product management, and marketing to gather information, drive clarity, and produce high-quality documentation.
This role requires a proactive, self-directed individual who takes full ownership of documentation and is comfortable operating in an environment where information may be incomplete or evolving. Success in this role requires someone who asks direct questions, follows up persistently, and ensures documentation moves forward without waiting on direction.
The compensation for this role is $25-30/hr. and comes with flexible scheduling, paid holidays, and additional paid time off.
