    Job Description

    The Quality Management Systems Intern supports the review and harmonization of AiP Plant Instructions with Process Compass. The role develops a documented inventory, identifies alignment gaps and redundant or obsolete instructions, and supports recommendations for revision, consolidation, migration, or annulment. This work contributes to compliance, simplified document management, and sustainable Process Compass adoption.

    Develop and maintain a complete inventory of existing AiP Plant Instructions within the agreed project scope.

    Map each Plant Instruction to the applicable Process Compass process, method, or requirement.

    Analyze and classify Plant Instructions as aligned, partially aligned, duplicate, obsolete, or requiring revision.

    Identify where local requirements duplicate, conflict with, or are disconnected from Process Compass requirements.

    Create and maintain a harmonization tracker documenting status, findings, recommended actions, responsible stakeholders, and follow-up needs.

    Support migration of appropriate local requirements into Process Compass-aligned structures with QMM and responsible process owners.

    Develop recommendations to revise, consolidate, or annul redundant or obsolete Plant Instructions.

    Track progress toward reducing the number of Plant Instructions not harmonized with Process Compass.

    Prepare and present project findings, completed actions, remaining risks, and recommendations to the mentor, manager, and relevant stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Current enrollment in an accredited college or university program is preferred. Relevant fields may include Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

    Coursework or experience involving quality systems, process improvement, document control, data analysis, or manufacturing is preferred.

    Prior internship or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.
