The Metra Internship Program provides opportunities for college sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students to gain practical experience through on-the-job learning. The Intern will assist in supporting general Human Resources-related functions in Talent Acquisition and Business Support, EEO, Compensation, Medical and Organizational Development. May be assigned special projects researching, analyzing and writing. Additionally, the intern may create and update marketing materials, and content on various websites, assist in the department's transition into the talent management system as part of the applicant tracking module, and perform additional duties as assigned.
