2026 Internship Opportunities at Girl Scouts of Citrus Girl Scouts is the preeminent leadership development organization for girls, with programs from coast to coast and across the globe that offer every girl a chance to do something amazing. What began over 100 years ago with one woman, Girl Scouts’ founder Juliette Gordon “Daisy” Low, is now an organization that is 2 million strong – with youth and adult members who believe girls can change the world. The Girl Scouts of Citrus Council continues the Girl Scout mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. The Citrus Council represents approximately 7,000 girls and 6,000 adult volunteers from across six Central Florida counties, working together to help every girl involved discover her strengths, passions, and talents. The Citrus Council Girl Scout Experience Team is seeking an intern to support the development and management of youth and adult focused events for our council. The Girl Scout Experience team is responsible for all Girl Scout related programs in Central Florida, which include education programs, STEM-based opportunities, high adventure activities, overnight trips at major attractions and venues, training opportunities, and Girl Scout badge events.
