As part of the Value Prop Team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and optimizing team dynamics to enhance overall performance. This initiative focuses on team well-being, performance analysis, trend identification, and recommendations that align with strategic objectives. Your work will contribute to maximizing productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
Must be available for the duration of the internship program
Enrolled in an accredited college or university during participation
Professional communication skills with all leadership levels
Team-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
Strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Basic data analytics proficiency
Willingness to learn new skills
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
