How you''ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

As part of the Value Prop Team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and optimizing team dynamics to enhance overall performance. This initiative focuses on team well-being, performance analysis, trend identification, and recommendations that align with strategic objectives. Your work will contribute to maximizing productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Measure and analyze team performance and identify patterns for further investigation
• Implement project management skills and practices
• Collaborate across business units with various stakeholders in a professional setting
• Provide feedback to improve team workflows, team effectiveness, and evaluate impact
• Participate in data collection efforts impacting cross-functional departments
• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Statistics, or related field

• Must be available for the duration of the internship program

• Enrolled in an accredited college or university during participation

• Professional communication skills with all leadership levels

• Team-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement

• Strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Basic data analytics proficiency

• Willingness to learn new skills

• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

• Comfortable working independently and in teams
• Leadership experience in student or community organizations
• Ability to create effective presentations with analyses and recommendations
