Overview
The role will support maintaining enterprise websites, managing digital assets, and improving digital operations. This role provides hands-on experience in content management, website administration, digital asset governance, analytics, and process improvement. Candidates with programming skills will have opportunities to contribute to automation and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
+ Edit, create, publish, and maintain website content while ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and quality standards.
+ Support website operations through testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, analytics, and quality assurance activities.
+ Manage digital assets by organizing, tagging, uploading, and maintaining content within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
+ Assist with website governance, content audits, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
+ Develop scripts, automation tools, integrations, or web enhancements for candidates with programming experience and interest.
Qualifications
+ Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Interest in website management, digital content, and user experience.
+ Preferred experience with CMS platforms, DAM systems, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, analytics, AI, or automation tools.
