    Description

    Intern, Construction Services

    Halff is actively seeking an Intern for our Construction Services team in our Fayetteville, AR office. The Intern will provide field support, ensure that materials, equipment, and construction workmanship align with drawings, specifications, and code requirements. The Internship will begin on June 7th, 2027, and conclude on August 13th, 2027. Please apply and upload a copy of your resume to be considered for all openings with Halff.

    What you will do:

    • Review project plans and proposals, helping management develop project objectives.
    • Ensure that materials and construction methods meet required specifications and standards.
    • Assist with monitoring cost schedules and technical scope baselines.
    • Prepare project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
    • Coordinate communication plans and assist with change management.
    • Contribute to project status reports and data collection as required.
    • Provide general administrative support to the project team, including document management and project organization.

    What you will need:

    • Pursing a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
    • Basic understanding of engineering principles and project management practices. 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently.
