MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience in basic carpentry or related
- Ability to work from blueprints, CATIA models, company standards, and work instructions
- Must have required tools
- Able to use drills, belt, disc and drum sanders and other common hand tools and equipment
- Able to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs, transporting any and all interior furnishings and assisting other employees with or without reasonable accommodation
- Physical and muscular dexterity to install carpets, headliners, window panels, PSUs, cabinet assemblies, couches, seats, tables and related components.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must not be abnormally allergic to glue, resin, wood dust and other by-products of interior type furnishings.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position typically falls between $22 and $30 per hour. This position is eligible for tech leveling to reflect varying levels of experience. This position is eligible for overtime and may be eligible for shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
