Interiors Superintendent
The Interiors Superintendent will report to a Senior Operations Leader and play a critical role in delivering high-end commercial interior projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial interior construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to maintain project schedules.
- Lead project safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all site requirements.
- Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project punch lists.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and design teams.
- Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field challenges.
- Facilitate owner meetings, subcontractor coordination, and progress updates.

For the Interiors Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven Superintendent experience delivering commercial interior construction projects.
- Strong background in high-end office interiors projects.
- Experience managing projects from demolition through turnover.
- Knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience utilizing project management and scheduling software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
- Stable employment history with demonstrated project success.
- OSHA certification preferred.
