With a strong emphasis on teamwork, integrity, quality, and client service, they have earned repeated recognition as a top workplace and continue to invest in both their people and the communities they serve.Job DescriptionManage subcontractor agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation.Coordinate project schedules, critical path items, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.Oversee project budgets, billing, change orders, and monthly financial updates with the AP/AR Manager.Review plans, specifications, permits, inspections, and project requirements with field teams to ensure successful execution.Lead project communication through site meetings, progress meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes.Monitor project performance, including schedules, budgets, testing, inspections, and compliance requirements.Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final billing, O&M manuals, inspections, and occupancy approvals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
