The Trim manager is also responsible for training new installers, performing quality checks at jobsites, monitoring the safety at each jobsite, overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and trucks, as well as assisting with any estimates that will need to be performed in the field. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, write simple correspondence and effectively present information to others one-on-one.

Overview:

The Installed Sales Trim Manager’s primary responsibility is to install trim. The Trim manager is also responsible for training new installers, performing quality checks at jobsites, monitoring the safety at each jobsite, overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and trucks, as well as assisting with any estimates that will need to be performed in the field.

 

Salary Range: $50,000-$85,000+ (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

Invoicing and POS Systems

Inventory System

Read Blueprints

Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, write simple correspondence and effectively present information to others one-on-one

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished inwritten, oral, diagram or schedule form
