Job Description

  • Assist with the daily oversight of interior construction activities on a luxury multifamily project
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractor performance, productivity, and scheduling
  • Oversee interior finishes and ensure work is completed to quality standards
  • Conduct inspections to verify compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Support project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working on multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, or residential construction projects
  • Understanding of interior finish sequencing, quality control, and project coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required
  • Luxury high-rise experience is highly desirable
