Job Description
- Oversee daily on-site multifamily construction operations.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate delays.
- Supervise subcontractor performance and site productivity.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets project specifications.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage material procurement and site resources.

The Successful Applicant
A successful interior superintendent - multifamily should have:
- Experience with on-site management for multifamily construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and resource management.
