Interior Renovation Craftsperson (Drywall, Flooring, Paint)

• Can you remove interior finishes cleanly and safely—drywall, flooring, fixtures, debris?
• Do you hang, tape, and finish drywall until seams disappear?
• Are you comfortable tearing out old floor coverings and laying in new ones?
• Do you prep and paint interiors and exteriors with pro-level results?
• Are you the teammate who keeps the site organized and tools handled with care?

What you’ll do

• Execute demolition tasks and remove materials slated for replacement.
• Install, repair, and finish gypsum board for remodel areas.
• Remove/install a range of flooring types.
• Handle surface prep and painting for interiors and exteriors.
• Support general remodeling and construction activities as needed.
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and orderly.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely.

What we require

• Proven experience in demolition, renovation, drywall, flooring, and painting.
• Working knowledge of standard construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
