SG Staffing Solutions is seeking a creative, detail-obsessed Interior Designer who knows how to turn concepts into spaces people actually feel. If you can balance aesthetics with function (and handle clients without losing your mind), keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans
Select finishes, materials, furniture, and lighting
Create presentations that actually impress clients
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams
Review drawings, specs, and ensure design intent is maintained
Manage multiple projects without letting anything fall through the cracks
Stay on top of trends, codes, and industry standards
Requirements
3+ years of interior design experience (commercial or residential)
Strong skills in space planning + design development
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe, or similar
A portfolio that shows you actually know what you’re doing
Strong communication skills (because clients will test you)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-family design
Understand construction documentation & project coordination
Can take a project from concept completion without hand-holding
