Position SummarySV Design's Beverly office is seeking a full-time, highly organized, self-motivated Interior Designer / Project Manager to join our residential team. The ideal candidate is a creative and energetic design professional with strong project management skills and the ability to successfully balance multiple priorities.Working under the guidance of senior-level interior designers, this individual will support large projects and lead small-medium projects through all phases of design, from concept development through installation. The successful candidate will contribute to both interior architecture and furnishings projects while helping ensure exceptional client service and project execution. ResponsibilitiesManage multiple residential interior design projects from concept through completionServe as primary client contact and coordinate schedules, budgets, and project teamsPrepare proposals, scopes of work, and project documentationDevelop design concepts, presentations, drawings, and specificationsSelect finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and materialsCoordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractorsSupport procurement, installation, and project closeoutQualifications6-12 years of interior design experience Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited programProficiency in AutoCAD, and Microsoft OfficeExperience with Studio Designer and Adobe Creative Suite preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and read construction documentsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipAbility to work in-office at our Beverly, MA locationEven if you don't have the exact experience, we are always looking for talented people.
