What You’ll Do

As an Interior Designer III, you will help lead project teams, manage technical and design coordination, and support successful project delivery from early design through construction.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage multiple large, complex interior design projects
  • Present technical and design solutions directly to clients
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with progress reports, proposals, contracts, schedules, and project documentation
  • Review drawings and specifications for quality, completeness, coordination, and constructability
  • Participate in design, production, and client meetings
  • Support QA/QC throughout the life of the project
  • Develop design concepts while meeting project criteria and code requirements
  • Oversee furniture, material, finish, bid package, and FF&E coordination
  • Support TAS review, permitting, construction observation, OAC meetings, submittals, and RFIs
  • Mentor interns and design professionals

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced interior designer with strong technical ability, project leadership experience, and the communication skills needed to work directly with clients and project teams.

Qualifications include:
  • 8+ years of post-graduation interior design experience preferred
  • Professional degree in interior design or related field required
  • Interior Design licensure in good standing required
  • NCIDQ certification preferred
  • IIDA, CSI, LEED, or WELL accreditation preferred
  • Experience in construction administration
  • Strong knowledge of design, documentation, building systems, materials, sustainability, integrated design, and LEED guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong presentation, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Revit/BIM360 preferred
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Enscape, SketchUp, MS Project, Deltek Vision, and related tools preferred
