    Interior Designer 

    This is a Direct Hire, full time opportunity. 


    Salary Range:
    • $50 – 70K, depending on experience 

    Summary:
    • This role is responsible for developing interior design concepts and producing high-quality construction documents using Revit, as well as selecting and specifying interior finishes, furnishings, cabinetry, signage, and color palettes.
    • The ideal candidate combines strong technical documentation skills with a refined design sensibility and the ability to coordinate with project teams from concept through construction.
    • This role will primarily support commercial projects.
    Duties Include:
    Design & Documentation
    • Develop interior design concepts that align with project goals, client standards, and brand guidelines
    • Produce complete and accurate interior construction documents in Revit, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and finish plans
    • Assist with code compliance, accessibility standards, and material performance requirements
    Material & Finish Selection
    • Select and specify interior finishes, materials, colors, and textures for floors, walls, ceilings, and specialty features
    • Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
    • Design and specify custom and modular cabinetry, millwork, and built-in elements
    • Coordinate and specify interior signage and wayfinding systems
    • Prepare finish schedules, furniture plans, specifications, and cut sheets
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or advanced years of on-the-job experience
    • Strong Revit Skills
    • Strong understanding of interior finishes, furnishings, cabinetry, signage and color selection for commercial interiors
