Selectek is partnering with a firm based in Alpharetta, GA to hire an Interior Designer on a contract-to-permanent hire basis.
Employment Type: Contract-to-Direct Placement
Location: Alpharetta, GA Expected Pay Range: $26- $37/hour before direct placement conversion
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00.
Job Description
Develop and produce detailed construction documents in Revit for commercial, retail, and educational projects
Translate design intent into complete, accurate, and coordinated drawing sets
Prepare floor plans, RCPs, interior elevations, details, finish plans, millwork drawings, and schedules
Coordinate interior scope with architectural, MEP, structural, and consultant drawings
Assist with space planning, finish selections, and material documentation
Review drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and constructability
Support submittal reviews, RFIs, and construction administration efforts
Participate in internal coordination meetings and client work sessions as needed In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Required:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field
3+ years of professional experience in commercial interior design production
Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
Strong knowledge of construction documentation standards
Experience with commercial, retail, and/or educational projects preferred
