We are seeking a detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong production experience to support commercial, retail, and educational projects. This role is heavily focused on developing construction documents in Revit and collaborating with project teams to bring design concepts into fully coordinated, buildable drawing sets.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Candidates should be capable of taking on a project and acting as the lead for the client.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce detailed construction documents in Revit for commercial, retail, and educational projects
  • Act as the project Lead.
  • Translate design intent into complete, accurate, and coordinated drawing sets
  • Prepare floor plans, RCPs, interior elevations, details, finish plans, millwork drawings, and schedules
  • Coordinate interior scope with architectural, MEP, structural, and consultant drawings
  • Assist with space planning, finish selections, and material documentation
  • Review drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and constructability
  • Support submittal reviews, RFIs, and construction administration efforts
  • Participate in internal coordination meetings and client work sessions as needed
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in commercial interior design production
  • Previous experience as a Project lead
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation standards
  • Experience with commercial, retail, and/or educational projects preferred
