We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and hands-on Interior Design & Brand Experience Specialist to help bring the MINT look, energy, and experience to life across our organization. This individual will help ensure our environments remain fresh, elevated, and ahead of industry trends while supporting our commitment to delivering the best patient and employee experience in dentistry. This role will support the design, decoration, refresh, and ongoing maintenance of MINT Dentistry spaces, including:

• Existing dental offices
• New office locations
• Corporate offices
• Dental Academy campuses
• Centralized department and support centers
• Event and meeting spaces
• Other MINT-affiliated facilities

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and understands how furniture, color, lighting, artwork, décor, and finishing details work together to create a consistent and memorable brand experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present creative design concepts that reflect MINT Dentistry’s bold, modern, luxurious, and patient-focused brand.
• Execute approved designs and work from concepts or design plans provided by company leadership.
• Refresh and revamp existing locations to ensure they remain current, polished, and aligned with MINT standards.
• Assist with decorating and furnishing new locations from initial planning through final installation.
• Recommend and coordinate updates to furniture, paint colors, wallpaper, artwork, lighting, accessories, décor, and other design elements.
• Identify when existing furniture, artwork, or décor should be repaired, replaced, relocated, or updated.
• Source and purchase furniture, materials, artwork, accessories, and décor while remaining within approved budgets.
• Create design presentations, mood boards, product selections, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate installations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the approved design.
• Locate, hire, and manage painters, installers, maintenance professionals, and other contractors when needed.
• Negotiate pricing and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Conduct periodic site visits to evaluate appearance, condition, brand consistency, and opportunities for improvement.
• Research new design ideas and industry trends to help MINT continue setting the standard for dental office design and patient experience.
• Help design and coordinate company meetings, celebrations, grand openings, employee events, and other special events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in interior decorating, interior design, visual merchandising, space planning, hospitality design, retail design, or a related field.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to translate the MINT brand into a physical space.
• Excellent eye for color, furniture, artwork, textures, materials, and finishing details.
• Experience sourcing products, purchasing materials, and working within established budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, locations, vendors, and deadlines.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and receiving feedback from leadership.
• Resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, and able to take a project from concept through completion.
• Ability to balance high-end design with functionality, durability, and budget considerations.
• Experience coordinating contractors, installations, or renovation projects is preferred.
• Experience with design or presentation software is a plus.
• Event planning, event coordination, or event design experience is a plus.
• A portfolio or examples of previous design work are strongly preferred.

Schedule and Travel
This position may be structured as full-time, part-time, or contract, depending on the experience and availability of the selected candidate.
The role may require:

• Travel to MINT locations and company facilities
• Evening or weekend work for installations, office refreshes, grand openings, or events
• Flexibility based on project schedules and operational needs
