The Red Bank Regional High School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Interim High School Supervisor of Special Services.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Jersey Supervisor Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility (CE).
- Valid New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities and/or Special Education certification preferred.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Demonstrated knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in special education administration and program supervision preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with administrators, staff, parents, and outside agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision for the district's high school special education programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state special education regulations.
- Supervise and evaluate special education staff as assigned.
- Participate in Child Study Team meetings, IEP meetings, and other student support meetings as needed.
- Coordinate special education programming and related services.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, parents, and community agencies to support student success.
