We are partnering with a North Dallas-area client seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to step into an immediate interim need due to a team member going on leave. This role will focus heavily on financial reporting and analytics, supporting leadership with timely and accurate insights during a critical coverage period. The assignment is expected to last at least 30 days, with potential to extend based on business needs. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in office and 1 remote each week. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decision-making
Leverage Power BI to build and enhance reporting capabilities
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Support ongoing process improvements within reporting and analytics functions
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role
Strong expertise in Power BI and financial reporting tools
Advanced Excel skills (details to be confirmed, but strong proficiency required)
Ability to work independently and operate with a sense of urgency in an interim capacity
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to leadership
