Interim Registered Nurse Director ICU

Gross Rate up to $5,270 per week

• Develops departmental goals that align with medical, administrative, legal, and ethical standards.
• Directs patient assessments, care plan development, service level determinations, and complaint management.
• Prepares and monitors budgets to ensure the department operates within allocated funds, while coordinating all internal and external audits.
• Plans and organizes all staffing activities, including hiring, orientation, performance evaluations, and continuing education initiatives.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

• Cardiovascular ICU RN Leadership experience 
• Florida RN License or Compact State License
