A Massachusetts medical center is seeking their next Interim Nurse Manager, Postpartum!

The Position

• The Interim Nurse Manager, Postpartum, will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations throughout the department(s).
• The Interim Nurse Manager will manage approximately 160+ total direct reports and will oversee three units including Postpartum, Lactation and Parent Education, and the "We Too!" team while providing a wide range of patient care and focusing highly on quality/performance improvement.
• This leader will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including OB code capacity, throughput, patient experience/patient satisfaction, maintenance of communication between leadership and front-line staff, and alignment of nursing goals between departments.
• This leader will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department.
• Seeking an experienced Womens Services/Postpartum nursing leader that will be willing and able to operate through organizational change, while establishing accountability.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree is required.
• Active RN license is required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
