Interim Manager, Case Management Needed in Kenner, Louisiana!

The Position

• An Interim Manager, Case Management is needed to lead a case management team at a community hospital.
• Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this leader will oversee approximately fifteen FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include strengthening partnerships through regular rounding, developing the team lead, and maintaining consistent compliance practices. This leader will also use monthly audits and performance measures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• The ideal candidate will be a flexible, resilient self-starter who can solve problems quickly and work effectively with a range of personalities. This leader will build trust with staff and physicians, navigate resistance to change, and remain steady when priorities shift. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• BSN required.
• Active RN license required.
• Case management experience at the manager or director level is highly preferred.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
