FOCUSPOINT is seeking an experienced Interim Hospital CFO for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a senior financial leader with extensive experience in hospital finance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and reimbursement policies
- Develop strategies to improve financial performance and cost efficiency
- Manage relationships with external auditors, insurers, and stakeholders
- Provide leadership in financial decision-making and hospital operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CHFP certification preferred
- 10+ years of healthcare financial leadership experience
- Expertise in hospital revenue cycle management and financial strategy
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
