What We’re Looking For

 Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience
 Strong Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
 Knowledge of Acute Care, Swing Bed and Long-Term Care operations
 Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills
 A passion for rural healthcare
