Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Interim Clinical Director in Tucson, AZ.

Job Title: Interim Clinical Director
Location: Tucson, AZ 85745
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Payrate: $82-$85/hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical staff.
• Monitor compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maintain efficient operations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
• Review clinical performance, quality metrics, and patient care processes.
• Address operational and clinical issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Interim Director State License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• At least 3 years of recent experience
