Interim Accreditation, Regulatory & Licensing Manager Needed in Greenbrae, California!

The Position

• An Interim Accreditation, Regulatory & Licensing Manager is needed to provide strategic leadership and operational management for continuous accreditation, regulatory, and clinical licensing readiness within an acute care hospital.
• Key responsibilities include leading accreditation and regulatory readiness efforts, overseeing clinical licensing and compliance, managing regulatory agency interactions, and supporting key organizational initiatives and emerging regulatory needs.
• The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, adaptable leader with strong organizational and program management skills and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple functions. This individual should be comfortable working independently in a lean environment, managing competing priorities, and responding effectively to ad hoc needs. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required.
• Active California RN license required.
• Relevant healthcare leadership experience required, with experience in acute care accreditation, regulatory compliance, clinical licensing, trauma, NICU, behavioral health, and regulatory agency interaction highly valued.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
