Key Responsibilities of the AP Specialist

• 
  
• Process full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities, ensuring invoices and payments are assigned to the correct entity.
• 
  
• Manage vendor invoices spanning utilities, clinic supplies, pharmaceuticals, and construction.
• 
  
• Coordinate with multiple entity locations to resolve invoice questions.
• 
  
• Support separate entity closes and the consolidated close process.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• All accounts payable experience levels encouraged to apply
• 
  
• Excel competency.
• 
  
• Experience with multi-entity structure a plus
• 
  
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or Ramp a plus
• 
  

Location & Schedule

• 
  
• Midtown, Manhattan, fully on-site, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; no overtime expected.
